Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Highland Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th September 2001.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Highland Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19982.
