For paragraph 10(b)(v) of the Schedule to the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cairngorms Straths) Designation Order 19932 there shall be substituted–

• “if the farmer so wishes, measures to restore or create dykes and ponds and measures to restore stone fanks, in each case to standards consistent with conservation interests;”.
