Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2001 and shall come into force at 1500 hours on 13th September 2001.

Revocation

2.  The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 2001(1) is hereby revoked.
