The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Fire Services Act 19471, section 8 of the Fire Services Act 19592, sections 12 and 16 of the Superannuation Act 19723 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Scottish Central Fire Brigades Advisory Council, hereby make the following Order:
