Class 67 of Schedule 1 to the 1992 Order as substituted by article 2(2) of this Order shall not apply to any development commenced before 23rd July 2001 and completed within fourteen days of that date, and accordingly the provisions of Class 67, in the form in which they were in force immediately before that date, shall continue to apply to any such development.
