Modification of Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 19872.
(1)
The following modifications shall be made of Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
(2)
In section 1(2), the definition of “agricultural produce” shall be omitted.
(3)
Section 2(4) shall be omitted.
