Amendment of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Stewartry) Designation Order 1993
2. In paragraph 10(b)(vi) of the Schedule to the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Stewartry) Designation Order 1993(1) there shall be inserted after the words “and ponds” the words “and measures to create dykes, hedges and ponds, in each case”.
