Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 23rd July 2001.

In this Order, “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 19922.
