1. This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 5) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force at 2.00 p.m. on 16th May 2001.
2. For Schedule 1 of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 5) Order 2001(1), there is substituted the Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
