Amendment of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 20012.

In Schedule 1 to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 20012–

(a)

for “(specify number of days, which shall be a number of days not more than 5)”, substitute “(specify number of days, which shall be a number of days not more than 7)”; and

(b)

in paragraph 2 of the “Conditions of Licence”, for “5 days”, substitute “7 days”.
