This Act of Sederunt increases the fees payable to shorthand writers in the Court of Session by about 3.55%. The last increases were in the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session Amendment No.2) (Fees of Shorthand Writers) 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/143).
