The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 20011 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation1

This Order may be cited as the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2001.

Appointed day2

The day appointed for the coming into force of the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Act 2001 is 15th April 2001.
