Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent1.

This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Order 19992.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
