Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1730 hours on 5th December 2000.
Interpretation2.
Partial Revocation of the principal Order3.
The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area described in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area described in the Schedule to the principal Order.

SCHEDULE
The area of sea enclosed by a line starting from a point at 56°North latitude 7°West longitude; then north to 56°15'North latitude 7°West longitude; then east to 56°15'North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then south to 56°North latitude 6°30'West longitude; then west to the point of beginning.
This Order is the second partial revocation of the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 2000 (“the principal Order”) which prohibited–
fishing for or taking scallops within the area designated in the Schedule to that Order (article 4 of the principal Order);
movement of such scallops out of that area (article 5 of the principal Order); and
landing, using in the preparation or processing for supply of food of, supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops from the designated areas (article 6 of the principal Order).
The effect of this Order is to remove the prohibitions in respect of the area of sea designated in the Schedule to this Order, which forms part of the area of sea designated in the Schedule to the principal Order.
