<Text>This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions)(Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Partial RevocationOrder 2000 and shall come into force at 1730 hours on 29th November 2000.</Text>

<Text>In this Order “the <Abbreviation Expansion="Food Protection(Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast)(Scotland) Order 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/267)">principal Order</Abbreviation>” means the Food Protection(Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast)(Scotland) Order 2000<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>.</Text>

<Title>Partial Revocation of the principal Order</Title>
