and</p></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P3" class="para1"><num>(c)</num><p>landing, using in the preparation or processing for supply of food of, supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops from the designated area (article 6 of the principal Order).</p></blockContainer></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>The principal Order had been partially revoked by the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 2000 (<ref eId="c00002" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ssi/2000/381">S.S.I. 2000/381</ref>) which is also revoked by this Order. The effect of this Order is to remove the remaining prohibitions in respect of the area of sea designated in the Schedule to the principal Order.</p></blockContainer></blockContainer></conclusions></act></akomaNtoso>
