The Health Act 1999 (Commencement No. 7) (Scotland) Order 2000

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 67(1) of the Health Act 19991 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order–
Citation, interpretation and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Health Act 1999 (Commencement No. 7) (Scotland) Order 2000.

In this Order “the Act” means the Health Act 1999.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
Appointed day2
1st March 2000 is the day appointed for the coming into force of sections 43 and 56 of the Act.
