Interpretation

2.  In this Order–

“the Act” means the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc. Act 2000;

“the 1965 Act” means the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 1965(1); and

“the 1980 Act” means the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(2).
