Minimum mesh size of 90mm applied to fishing for sole in ICES Divisions IVc and VIId.

Requirements as to mesh sizes and by-catches in the Skagerrak and Kattegat.

Minimum landing size of 27cm for plaice.

(a)In the case of the prohibitions on fishing in the Bornholm Deep and on landing and retaining on board sand eels, £50,000; and

(b)in any other case, the statutory maximum.
