The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000
Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 17th September 2000.

Amendment of the Schedule to the principal Order2.
(1)
The Schedule to the principal Order (originating capital) is amended as follows.

In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Forth Valley Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£90,682,000” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount “£90,237,000”.

In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Lothian University Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£170,870,106” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount “£169,995,412”.
(4)
In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Tayside University Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£205,490,466” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount“£203,132,466”.

This Order amends the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Order 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/113) (“the principal Order”), which determined the amount of the originating capital of NHS trusts provided for in section 12E of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.
This Order substitutes revised amounts in respect of the originating capital of Forth Valley Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, Lothian University Hospitals NHS Trust and Tayside University Hospitals NHS Trust.
