The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 12E(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 17th September 2000.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Order 20002.
Amendment of the Schedule to the principal Order2

The Schedule to the principal Order (originating capital) is amended as follows.

In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Forth Valley Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£90,682,000” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount “£90,237,000”.

In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Lothian University Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£170,870,106” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount “£169,995,412”.

In relation to the entry in column 1 of the Schedule relating to Tayside University Hospitals NHS Trust, for the amount “£205,490,466” specified in column 2, there is substituted the amount“£203,132,466”.
