Producing pharmaceutical products using a chemical or biological process.
(b)
Formulating such products if doing so may result in the release into water of any substance listed in the Table in paragraph 13 of Part 2 to the Schedule in a quantity which, in any period of 12 month, exceeds the background quantity by more than the amount specified in relation to the description of the substance set out in column 1 of that Table in the corresponding entry in column 2 of that Table.
