Citation, extent and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2000 and extends to Scotland only.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999.
