The Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2000

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to the requirement for an assessment of the impact on the environment of projects likely to have significant effects on the environment, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
