Amendments to the Food (Control of Irradiation) Regulations 199016
In Schedule 3 (requirements for storage and transportation)–
a
in paragraphs 2 and 4, for “Great Britain” there shall be substituted in each case “Scotland”; and
b
in paragraph 4, after “Northern Ireland” there shall be inserted “, England and Wales”.
