AREA 1

The area of sea below high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point at 58° North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then south to the mainland at Gruinard Bay at 57°51.8' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then south along the mainland shore to 57°30' North latitude 5°52' West longitude; then west to a point on the east coast of Skye at 57°30' North latitude 6°08.8' West longitude; then north, west, south and east around the coast of Skye to 57°15' North latitude 5°39' West longitude; then east to the mainland at 57°15' North latitude 5°38.4' West longitude; then south along the shoreline to 56°41' North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to Auliston Point at 56°39' North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to 56°37' North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to 56°35' North latitude 6° West longitude; then north, west and south-east along the coast of Mull to 56°30' North latitude 6°09' West longitude; then west to Scarinish on Tiree at 56°30' North latitude 6°48.2' West longitude; then north and west along the Tiree shore to 56°30' North latitude 7° West longitude; then north to 57°45' North latitude 7° West longitude; then east to 57°45' North latitude 6°30' West longitude; then north to 57°56.4' North latitude 6°30' West longitude; then north along the east coast of Lewis to Srianach at 58° North latitude 6°23' West longitude; then east to the point of beginning.

The area of sea below high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point 56°30' North latitude 5°46.5 West longitude; then east to 56°30' North latitude 5°41.4' West longitude; then east along the shoreline to 56°30' North latitude 5°40.8' West longitude; then east to Rubh Aird Eirinish at 56°30' North latitude 5°34.2' West longitude; then south and east along the Lismore shore to 56°30' North latitude 5°30.2' West longitude; then east to 56°30' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then south to 56°25.6' North latitude 5°30' West longitude on Kerrera; then west, south and north along the Kerrera shore to 56°24.7' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then south to 56°24.3' North latitude 5°30' West longitude on the mainland; then south to 56°15' North latitude 5°37' West longitude; then west to 56°15' North latitude 6° West longitude; then north to the south coast of Mull at 56°19' North latitude 6° West longitude; then east and north along the coast of Mull to the point of beginning

AREA 3

The area of sea below high water springs enclosed by a line starting from a point at 56° North latitude 5°40.5' West longitude; then west to 56° North latitude 5°48.2' West longitude on the east coast of Jura; then south along the coast of Jura to 55°48' North latitude 6° West longitude; then south to 55°45' North latitude 6° West longitude; then west to 55°45' North latitude 6°03' West longitude on the east coast of Islay; then south, west and north to Port Wemyss at 55°40.5' North latitude 6°30' West longitude; then south to the point of intersection with the Scottish Adjacent Waters boundary line described in article 3°b) of the Scottish Adjacent Waters Boundaries Order 1999(1) on the 6°30' West line of longitude; then east and south along that boundary line to a point where that boundary line intersects the 55°15' North line of latitude; then east to 55°15' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then north to 55°31.6' North latitude 5°30' West longitude; then south, west and north along the shoreline of the Mull of Kintyre to the point of beginning.
