The Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (Ardveenish) Harbour Revision Order 2000

Whereas Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641;

And whereas the Scottish Ministers2 have, in pursuance of paragraph A2 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the said Act3, determined that the application for this Harbour Revision Order is made in relation to a project which falls within Annex II to Council Directive No. 85/337/EEC4 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment but whose characteristics do not require that it should be made subject to an environmental assessment;
