2. In article 3 of the principal Order–
(a)sub-paragraph (d) is deleted;
(b)in sub-paragraph (g) for the words “Scottish Dental Estimates Board” there are substituted the words “Scottish Dental Practice Board”;
(c)in sub-paragraph (k) after the words “the provision of legal services to Health Boards” there are inserted the words “, Special Health Boards and NHS trusts”; and
(d)after sub-paragraph (m) there is added–
“(n)the provision of research and development services in the field of public health;
(o)the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud or other irregularities in relation to the provision of general medical, dental, and ophthalmic services, pharmaceutical services and personal medical services under the Act.”.
