<P><Text>This Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1999 (“the principal Order”) which prohibited–</Text>
<P3>
<Pnumber>a</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>fishing for or taking scallops within the area designated in the Schedule to that Order (article 4);</Text>
</P3para>
</P3>
<P3>
<Pnumber>b</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>movement of such scallops out of that area (article 5 of the principal Order); and</Text>
</P3para>
</P3>
<P3>
<Pnumber>c</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>landing, using in the preparation of processing for supply of food of, supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops from the designated area (article 6 of the principal Order).</Text>

<Text>The effect of this Order is to remove the remaining prohibitions in respect of the area of sea designated in the Schedule to the principal Order.</Text>
