Rule 49 of the principal Rules (opening and reading of correspondence from and to courts)8 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.
(2)
In paragraph (7), for the word “and”, there are substituted the words “, the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission and”.
