Amendment of regulation 31 of the principal Regulations

10.  In regulation 31 (overpayments)–

(a) after the words “Health Board's” there is inserted “or primary care NHS trust's”;

(b) in paragraph (b) after the words “Health Board” there is inserted “or primary care NHS trust”.
