The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(4), 7(4), 10(1) and 10A(1) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 19741 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 10(2) of that Act2, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
