Amendment of the Deer (Firearms etc.) (Scotland) Order 19852

The Deer (Firearms etc.) (Scotland) Order 19852 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In article 3(a), for “100 grains (6.48 grams)” substitute “80 grains (5.3 grams)”.

In article 5, for paragraph (b) substitute—

b

a sight of any type including light-intensifying, heat-sensitive or other special sighting device for night shooting.
