a

in sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(aa), for “50” substitute “100”,

b

in sub-paragraph (b), for “16 August 2023” substitute “1 March 2024”,

c

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”,

d

at the end of sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“, and

d

is not a low volume drink product
