Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(2) of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 79(2)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Tribunals (Listed Tribunals) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 7 November 2019.

The entry in paragraph 9A relates to the functions exercisable by a bus lane adjudicator by virtue of Parts 4 and 5 of the Bus Lane Contraventions (Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 20112.

in paragraph 13(9), omit “and 73(3)” and insert “, 73(3) and paragraph 5(2) of schedule 6”.
