Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15(1) and (2), 18(1), 18A and 31(1), (3), (5) and (9) of the Fisheries Act 19811 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 15(3) and 31(6)2 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.

Citation, commencement and extent1

This Scheme may be cited as the Fishing Vessels and Fish Farming (Miscellaneous Revocations) (Scotland) Scheme 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

This Scheme extends to Scotland only.
