The Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 No. 432

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2) In this Order “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009(1).
