The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19 and 43(2) of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Act 20081 and section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 43(4) of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Act 20083 and paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
