This Order amends the Budget (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the Act”) so as to—alter the overall cash authorisations in relation to the Scottish Administration, the Forestry Commissioners and Audit Scotland in section3 of the Act (article2);alter purposes 1 to 6 for which resources may be used in accordance with section1 of, and schedule1 to, the Act, add new purposes 6A and 7A and merge purposes 10 and 11 into a combined purpose 9A (articles 3(2) and (5));alter the amount of resources other than accruing resources that may be used for purposes 1 to 6, 9 and 12 set out in schedule1 to the Act and the total of amount of resources for all of the purposes (article3(3) and (5));alter the amount of accruing resources that may be used for purposes 2 and 4 set out in schedule1 to the Act and the total of amount of resources for all of the purposes (article3(4) and (5)); andalter the amount of resources other than accruing resources of direct-funded bodies in schedule2 to the Act in relation to purposes 1 and 4 (article4).
