Amendment of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 1937

4.  For section 12(2) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 1937(1) (which concerns the parliamentary scrutiny of regulations dealing with the disposal of certain documents) substitute—

“(2) Regulations under this section are subject to the negative procedure.”.
