In paragraph 2C(c) of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972(1), for “article 11 of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Statutory Instruments) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1096)” substitute “section 28 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10)”.
