Amendment of the Conveyancing (Scotland) Act 1970

4.  In section 19 (10B)(b)(ii) of the Conveyancing (Scotland) Act 1970(1)–

(a) after “matrimonial” insert “or family”; and

(b) after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”.
