Duty of local authorities to assist the Authority

13.  Each local authority shall provide the Authority with such assistance and information as the Authority may reasonably require for the purposes of discharging any function which ceases to be exercisable by that local authority and is transferred, so as to exercisable instead by the Authority, in accordance with this Order, effectively and efficiently from the date of such transfer.
