Modification of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 N.I.

4.  Part 3 of Schedule 1(1) to the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (Diseases of Animals) is modified by inserting after entry number 49 the following—

“50.   Bovine Viral Diarrhoea, for the purposes of Articles 5A, 46, 52, 54 and 60(1).”.
