Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes these regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of, and paragraphs 1(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 4 to, the Environment Act 2021 (“the Act”)1 and now vested in it2.
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes these Regulations after consultation in accordance with paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 to the Act and is satisfied as to the matters specified in paragraph 9(1) of that Schedule.
