The Department for Communities(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 64 and 148(1) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(2) hereby makes the following Order:

The Department for Social Development was renamed the Department for Communities in accordance with section 1(7) of the Department Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (2016 c.5 (N.I.))
