2.—(1) The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 2 (recycling obligations)—

(a)for paragraph 5 substitute—

“5.  The percentage which is prescribed as the recycling target “X” for the year 2024 is 80%.”;

(b)in paragraph 6, for Table 2 substitute—

“Table 2 Recycling Targets
