Employment and Support Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 N.I.

26.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 80 (earnings of employed earners) in paragraph (2)(b) after “107E or 107G of that Order” insert “, parental bereavement leave under Article 112EA of that Order”.
