The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 77(2), 90(2)(b) and 90(3)(a) and (b) of, and paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 7 of Schedule 6 to, the Climate Change Act 20081 and now exercisable by it2.
