Requirement to close premises3

For the purposes of this regulation, “listed premises” and “listed businesses” means the premises and businesses listed in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.

Listed premises and listed businesses must close.

Where listed premises or a listed business form part of larger premises or business, the person responsible for those larger premises or business complies with paragraph (1) by closing the listed premises or listed business.
