Coming into operation-
The Department for the Economy 1 in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3 and 8(4) of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 19982, Articles 4(8) and 14(4) of the Higher Education (Northern Ireland) Order 20053, paragraph 1(1) and (3) of Schedule 2 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20184 and section 14(1), (2) and (3) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 20205 makes the following Regulations.
